Bigado Networks the Dallas based social networking and IPTV company plans to spin off one of it's most profitable entities in the Fall of 2008 into a separate company.

EZ-Ticket.com has been exclusively an online ticket broker with a membership in the Ticket Network that consists of over 3,600 ticket brokers in the US alone. With 5,565,489 tickets to 75,672 events worth $978.22 million, TicketNetwork has products and services for both ticket buyers and ticket sellers. To date EZ-Ticket has been an exclusive online broker.

With the spin off EZ-Ticket will establish a physical prescence in the North Dallas area with outlets in other cites projected for the future. EZ-Ticket is hiring additional personnel for both management and marketing services of it's product. With the multi-billion dollar resell market of event tickets EZ-Ticket expects to expand rapidly in this growing market.
